Committing to a twelve (12) week program allows athletes to work through varies training phases for big time results. Monthly coaching, monitoring and training adjustments, is a good introduction into long-term personalized training. Upon purchase or renewal you will be contacted by our running coach. During this call we will discuss training history, goals, coaching points, training schedule, and more. When purchasing the program, please provide your preferred contact information and time for your coach's call (usually about 10 min).
