Service Description

Two common running misconceptions lead to poor running results. 1) Resistance training is for sprinters only and 2) Running is first step to fitness. Resistance training builds the essential foundation which allows us to express our fitness during running. Effective strength training will decrease injury risk and increase running performance in both short and long distance runners. We must train to run, not run to train.
